          Leishmaniasis is caused by an intracellular parasite . It endemic in Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Mediterranean region. Worldwide, 1.5 to 2 million new cases occur each year .The histological study of liver tissue white laboratory mice (Mus musculus) infected with L. major a showed The presence severe steatosis hepatocytes Hepatocyte degeneration, And loss radial arrangement hepatocytes, With heavy infiltration inflammatory cells, especially phagocytes( Macrophage)  Hyperplasia congestion bile duct  .  As for sections skin lesions taken from ear , Foot tail ، were epidermal ulcerative Accompanied leaching dermis layer neutrophil ,polymorph lymphocytes hemorrhage ​​the dermis, necrosis cells all ear, foot tail.
